About Code Seed
Built for continuity. Ready for change.
Since 2013, Code Seed has helped companies and organizations build, take over, and improve custom software that supports important business processes. From our base in Greece, we work with clients who need experienced engineers, clear communication, and long-term responsibility. Our focus is business-critical software: solutions that support operations, customers, employees and growth. We build new custom software, but we also take over and improve existing systems when that is the better path for the client.
Based in Greece. Working with Europe.
Founded in Drama, Greece. Trusted by European clients for engineering quality, clarity, and continuity.
Our roots are in Drama, Greece, and that still shapes who we are. We are proud of where we come from and serious about the work we take on. Clients choose us because we combine strong engineering with practical communication and a way of working that gives them continuity without the overhead of a full in-house development team. We combine European engineering quality with a grounded, long-term mindset and a cost structure that makes sustained collaboration possible.
How we work
We work as a long-term software partner for business-critical and high-impact systems where reliability, continuity, and adaptability matter. That can mean building from scratch, but it can also mean taking over existing software, understanding it carefully, and improving it step by step. Our way of working is practical and structured: careful onboarding, clear documentation, automated tests, security checks, transferable infrastructure, and explicit agreements on continuity, support, and further development. We set up projects so knowledge, access, and progress do not depend on one person. In the age of AI, good engineers create the conditions for AI to deliver real value. That is why our engineering foundation matters: it helps us move faster without losing quality, judgment, or control.
Our values
Clients trust us with software that matters, so the way we work has to be clear, responsible, and built to last.
